Muy mal !! No lo recomiendo para nada Para que pagues te envía el número de cuenta rápido luego todo fatal . No me llegaba la pieza le pedí el número de seguimiento y no contestaba volviéndole a insistir a los días me dice que seur a perdido el envío que me devuelve el dinero . Pasaban los días y no veía la devolución por ningún lado . Le mandaba mensajes y si contestaba me decía que si te la echo la devolucion pero pasaba los días y nada le volvía a mandar mensajes pidiéndole el recibo del ingreso y si contestaba me decía ya te la echo ahora te envío el justificante pero nada no mandaba nada parecía que se estaba riendo al final tuve que ir a consumo a poner una reclamación e incluso estuve apunto de ir a la policía .le pongo una estrella por que hay que poner algo

Lejos de intentar arreglarlo me dijeron que al devolver la pieza e cobran el desmontaje y el envío. Un claro ejemplo de gente aprovechada.

I spoke with them on WhatsApp and told them that I needed a radiator along with the cooling tubes of my van, I asked them if they were mounted to see how they were fitted and they told me if they had and that it was mounted, to go through their installations. Well, knowing that I had to go from more than 100 kilometers, upon arrival they did not have a radiator or tubes or anything! They made my day .. I don't recommend this scrapyard at all .. they are like Pedro Sanchez, they tell you one thing and then it's another .. unfortunate ..

Negativo: He tenido una Malísima experiencia, una pieza que se "Suponía" que tendría que llegar en 24 horas llega en 72 horas( Cuarto dia), habiendo pagado 15€ por el envío (SEUR), les escribo que NO necesito la pieza y se desentienden total, ni caso hacen, ni responden. Falta de Seriedad y Responsabilidad. No lo recomendaría. Lo siento mucho, son unos incompetentes.

Mala profesionalidad de parte de la gente que te atiende, me cobraron dos piezas por adelantado y una no la enviaron y la otra habiendo dado el número de referencia me mandaron otra. Me dijeron que enviarían a buscar la pieza y que me devolverán el dinero y esto pasó en febrero y todavía estoy esperando, lo único que saben decir se lo comunicó a mi compañera, si en febrero la tenía lejos ahora la debe de tener a 2km. Compramos un cardam que no se conseguia en ningun lado, cuando lo recibimos no estaba entero, faltanban 2 piezas. Al llamarlos y comentarles lo ocurrido nos solucionaron el problema enseguida. Buena atención y buen profesional la persona que me atendió.
